Where your sale conversations live. Gmail connects through a secure connector (OAuth) — no password needed here. iCloud Mail needs an app-specific password. iMessage is read from your local Messages database.

Your conveyancer / lawyer handles the contract and settlement. Add their details, then the email addresses whose messages should thread into the Comms timeline (comma or new-line separated).
🌐 Online listings
Public listing pages. Soldly reads the weekly performance reports and listing details from these.
🤖 How much AI? use as much or as little as you like
A few features (polishing the messages you draft to your agent, summarising threads, optimisation tips) can use AI. Bring your own key — it is stored only on this device, and calls go straight from your browser to the provider, so we never see your key or your data. Free options: Google Gemini (free tier) or Local Ollama. Pay per use: Anthropic Claude. OpenAI blocks direct browser calls, so it needs a small proxy. Pick None to stay fully offline.
